There are some products it’s nice to have, some which are a total indulgence, and some which are simply a must-have. Around twenty years ago I made an investment in a set of tweezers and double magnified mirror. They were expensive. But I have used these products every day since. When a friend, hearing the price, asked me if they were gold plated and diamond encrusted. Well the tweezers are gold, and one of the two pairs has a diamanté decoration. So, probably, yes. After struggling with tweezers which don’t really work, I found these, and they literally changed my life. Beautiful, glamorous, but, best of all, highly effective and will last a life-time. This is an investment you will never regret.

All stress melts away in the gold standard, extremely experienced, caring hands of Eyebrow Master Sharon Lee. As a first time client, everything exceeded my expectations and the results speak for themselves - to finally have my eyebrows rescued, rehabilitated, and brought back to a fresh youthful style. Now one certain ingredient to be added on a regular basis, in the eternal quest for youth. I feel very fortunate to have found The Eyebrow Atelier and am returning as soon as they'll have me (2 weeks) just to do it again because! Thank you warmly for your expertise, sought-after experience, and talent.

Wow! What an incredible experience today! Thank you Sharon lee, Bridget, Axane and Ana for taking such great care of my daughter and I. We loved every moment , from the beverages and nibbles upon arrival, to the dreamy scent. Mila and I are thrilled with our new brows and lashes . We highly recommend Sharon lee , the ladies made my teen daughter feel so comfortable with her first eye brow appointment, they maintained the natural look with a tailored approach. Absolutely amazing and superbly attentive service. From the welcome, to the moment I walked out, I was made to feel comfortable. The hand massage was really nothing that I would rave about or recommend, but yes the overall experience was sensational, it was divine and I was made to feel like a celebrity. Let's face it, I wasn't there for the hand massage, for me it was all about the lashes and the brows. To top it, Sharon and her team welcomed my husband with all their hospitality as he waited for my service to be completed. I understand that some reviewers found the business process regarding full payment after receiving Sharon's thoughts as a little confronting, but I would have to disagree with this. In my experience, Sharon explained her thoughts and provided me with options and a quote, and most of all she allowed me time to think it over, when I asked. I appreciate it's a business providing a very luxurious brand and service, so if this is the business strategy, I respect it. If you choose not to agree with such a strategy, I'm sure there are other salons that would suit your needs. I reached out to Sharon Lee Atelier via the chat service after hours and was promptly responded to during after hours. Impressive! I was asked to send in a couple of photos for the expert to review. I then heard back from the guru of brows, herself. Sharon shared her thoughts and provided me with dates she was available and a quote. Being new to the process I needed a moment to process the cost, and as such I asked Sharon to allow me a day or two for research. As one would expect, Sharon warned me of the limited availability, especially considering I needed 3 sittings for the results and I had requested for Sharon to do the 3 for me. Nonetheless, I made the payment and booked the following day, no pressure was felt by me. I certainly was mistaken and must have misunderstood that Sharon would herself be doing my entire treatment which included a brow tame, lash lift & brow strokes, so I felt a little bummed when I figured this was not the case but my fault for the misunderstanding and the service was fantastic. Sharon did take the time out away from her client to help me understand that parts of the treatment were done by one of her staff, and explained and assured me that she would complete the service of my brow strokes. I am happy and satisfied with Sharon's genuinity of helping me understand the process. Sharon kept checking how I felt and was very understanding of my reservations. I am extremely happy after my 1st session, and as was explained at the beginning and again at the conclusion of the service, my brows look thicker than what I expected, but no different to me getting a tint. I appreciate, the colour will lighten. I am looking forward to the next 2 visits. I have certainly found my brow place! Thanks Sharon and your team.
